Building our communities one idea at a time
The CIP was inspired by a conversation between Engineer Tetteh and Moses Baffour Awuah, the Global CEO of YAO. They recognised that while our community service programs were impactful, many initiatives didn't leave a lasting mark.
Moses emphasised that participants should go beyond learning and create a solution that leaves a legacy. The CIP enables participants to identify real problems, design practical solutions, and pitch for sponsorship to bring their ideas to life.

The Community Impact Project (CIP) is a core component of the Leadership Development Training Program (LDTP), designed to bridge the gap between knowledge and real-world impact.
It empowers participants to translate leadership principles into tangible, youth-led initiatives that address real community needs.
Through the CIP, participants don't just gain knowledge; they apply it to create meaningful, measurable change.
Move beyond learning concepts to solving real-world problems. Knowledge becomes action when it meets community.
Knowledge → ActionEmpowering young people to lead transformation in their communities through bold, self-driven initiatives.
