LDTP: Leadership Diary
Training Program

The Leadership Diary Training Program (LDTP) is a youth leadership development initiative committed to equipping young people with the values, skills, and clarity needed to lead purposeful and impactful lives.

For over a decade, LDTP has trained and mentored young people across multiple locations in Ghana, building a growing community of responsible, service-driven leaders.

We believe leadership is not accidental — it is intentional, cultivated, and lived.

Enriching experiences and legacy initiatives that extend our leadership journey far beyond the workshop floor.

Alumni Mobilization Movement

Harriet Tubman Breakfast Meeting

Inspired by the courage and selfless devotion of Harriet Tubman—who, having gained her own freedom, continuously ventured back into the unknown to lead others into safety—this reflective gathering calls upon alumni of the Leadership Diary Training Program (LDTP) and the Stepping Ahead Leadership Conference (SALC).

We gather not only to celebrate past cohort achievements and exchange strategic insights, but to step into our roles as Harriet Tubman Ambassadors: emerging leaders dedicated to reaching back into our communities, schools, and networks to guide the next generation into their true place of purpose at the upcoming workshop.
